This is my diary of 'moments musiceaux' of 2023.
'SoundTracking' is what I call my way of improvising with myself.
I've been doing this on and off since 1994.
First on 4-track cassette, then with a multitude of live-looping devices and laptop computers, nowadays with Eurorack, iPad, Midi-Guitar, old tape machines and retired test equipment.
One guideline in this endevour, is 'music that may (or may not) serve as a soundtrack to imagined imagery (of whatever kind)'.
It seems to me, that 'soundtracks' require some kind of 'openess', which enables them to 'connect' to images, scenes, moods.
That is what I strive for with this SoundTracking - open music.
Also, I like to make noise and this has always been a good excuse to do so.
